If you or your end customer provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you if applicable.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 5 days after the product has been received.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We will only consider exchanges for size, damages or defects, or if the wrong product(s) were shipped to you by mistake.
If you would like to exchange an item for size, please contact customer service for authorization. To be considered, exchanges must be requested within 36 hours of receipt and items must be in new condition (un-worn with all tags and labels attached). Eligible exchanges are subject to inventory availability.
